Is blogging about your everydaylife boring?
Now that i've thought about it, not necessarily so. So why are some blogs such turn-offs?
Number1.It's because they either contain "emo" stuff. I find it quite disgusting for someone to spill and cry over small matters such as everyday quarrels with their parents. I find it quite boring to find out their new enemy each day, then see them posting insincere apologies online when in fact, there as nothing to be unhappy over with.
Do people give a shit about these superficial matters? No they don't. You often see teenagers complaining about how their parents suck and all. Whine, whine, whine. If you can't get what you want, either you are asking for too much or you can't efficiently get your message to your parents. Yeah, some parents are stricter than others, so, you're envious of other people's parents? I have plenty of classmates who have extremely strict parents and they go on life as per normal. Sometimes you see a hint of envy, but essentially, they absolutely do not whine to their friends about how bad their parents are. Everywhere i go i see people with handphones, honestly i do feel a tiny desire to get one too, but if i don't have it, be that way. It's not a big deal.
Or. you quarrel over some puny thing with your friend. It's okay, its interesting to pour out your feelings on why you feel your friend has let you down, especially if its justified. But puh-leese, cut out the subtle plead for sympathy, cut out the hidden daggers, cut out the "NONONO YOU HAVE TO DO THIS, YOU AWLAYS DO THINGS YOUR WAY" piece of crap which you could have avoided by telling her straight to the face.
Number 2.they go through the drones and bores of everyday life. fux you, you don't write about how you wake up, brush teeth, go to school in your school essays do you? Similarly, there's no need to tell us on how much fun you had with your friends in your "newest, new outing!", repeating how fun "playing lan voz!", repeating how fun "taking neoprints!" was, and then pasting a whole bunch of nonsensical pictures on the blog.
It's acceptable if you go straight to the point, talk about a fulfilling, interesting event. Not everydaycommon-things, kay! Oh, and if you want to talk about something "deep" or whatever, do it fully and not halfheartedly. Don't talk about how an incident about cat running over dogs was so heartless, then throw out a rheoteric (however u spell this!)question like "should we wake up!?" . Like OBVIOUSLY the answer is "no, only the blogger should wake upand close his blog". Superficial, fake, k->etcetc.etcetc.
Number3. speaking to friends in an ackutetone as if their blogs were an msn convo. Wow, i'm sure everyone reading your blog knows of your friend, the "spazzer, cheeko", or some random classmate of yours who you've decided to post a picture of you hugging her.
Here's a completely accurate example:
[picture of 2 fugly dogs]
"Luuk we're clownz l0l!"
End of example.
Anyways,Aran has a great way of making people feel good ):
He told me, after my training ended, that the coach had already selected 9 peoeple to start against the match against hcjc this saturday, and that i was one of the contenders for the remaining 2 spots.
Sounds good uh?
Only, when you think about it, contenders can mean everyone else in the soccer team excluding the 9. POOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON
But i feeel happy anyway, i'm no longer privategohan, i'm sergeantgohan because i fianlly crossed 170. WOOOOOOHOOOOO!
